The hotel was stylish and the room was stylish as well as en suite. the room had all the essentials for a very good stay. - the staff, from start to finish, were very friendly.

The food available for continental breakfast was excellent...

It took me 5 minutes to walk to the bus stop.

The staff here are friendly and welcoming, always smiling.

It was a stylish hotel in a very nice area, just off The Lower Gardens, Bournemouth shopping center and the beach, a nice quite area and beach and town. Had a real good stay here: D

The rooms here have their own bathrooms, they are pretty spacious, have fresh towels and essentials like toiletries included. 🛀

The hosts were friendly and polite. Loved the full English breakfasts which made a good start to the day. The room with ensuite, was clean and tidy with tv and coffee/tea making facilities. Overall it was good value for money.

Room was at top of the house up two flights of stairs, which was not mentioned in booking. I have not long ago had a full knee replacement and my wife is waiting for a hip replacement, so for us the stairs were a struggle.

Really nice and helpful staff. The room was clean and in an excellent standard.

The breakfast was only served between 8-9. On holiday we like to sleep in and would prefer if the breakfast was served at least until 10, especially on saturdays and sundays.

The hotel is stylish and well-located near the beach and town, in a quiet residential area. My room was tastefully decorated and nicely styled, perfect for a comfortable stay.

Due to work to some rooms were moved to a en suite family room at no extra cost; good food and reasonably priced.

the staff were very friendly, it was comfortable and cleaned daily with fresh towels put in your room.

the location was not very good, i read somewhere that it was located 5 mins walk away from the beaches but it was a lot longer it seamed to be in the middle of nowhere,it would not be very good for people in wheelchairs,there was nothing to do around it so you have to walk a distance to get to the shops an and bars and resturants.
